We provide a full range of services to blue-chip Nordic and international clients across the region and internationally. Much of our work is focused on high-end corporate advisory and M&A, including public M&A and private equity, banking and finance, real estate and IP & Tech-related transactions. Additionally, we offer advice in areas such as EU & competition law, dispute resolution, employment and tax and structuring.

Our offices are located in Helsinki and Stockholm, and we have a one-firm mindset that guides us in everything we do.
