Firm management

The core of our operations is our unique one-firm strategy. This means that our offices in Helsinki and Stockholm have a joint governance with a cross-border board and management, contributing to a strong feeling of cohesion that extends through the whole firm.

Roschier operates as one partnership with a joint interest. This forms the basis for our culture and one-firm approach, both in client matters and in firm operations. Our firm-wide management team consists of a managing partner, two local heads of office and the business operation officers. The practice operations consists of cross-border operational teams responsible for managing client matters and working closely with the management team on business development. Our business operations work closely with the practice operations to develop Roschier’s business operations and implement a strategic roadmap throughout the firm.
