R Connect

R Connect is a year-long mentorship program designed for law students at the beginning of their studies. Participants are paired with a mentor at Roschier and take part in four structured mentoring sessions throughout the year. The program also includes four exclusive events at Roschier’s office, where students engage with trainees and lawyers to explore various areas of business law, personal branding, and professional development. The program provides an opportunity to gain insight into the legal profession, build connections within the field, and develop skills for future career growth. Applications open in April, with the program starting at the beginning of the fall semester.

Who can apply

The R Connect mentorship program is intended for law students at the beginning of their studies. All law students from first-year onward are welcome to apply. No study credits required.

When to apply

In April for the upcoming period starting in September.

Duration

R Connect runs for one year, from September to May, with four structured mentoring sessions per year. Participants also attend four exclusive events at Roschier’s office, alongside trainees and lawyers, exploring topics like business law and personal branding. Additional follow-up meetings with mentors and access to Roschier University’s digital training sessions are available to support personal and professional growth.
