Ahlsell acquires the Skydda Group’s Nordic business operations

Roschier represented Ahlsell, the leading distributor of installation products, tools, and supplies for professionals in the Nordics, in the acquisition of the Swedish, Finnish and Norwegian parts of the Skydda Group from Bergman & Beving. Skydda Group is a specialized distributor of personal protective equipment (PPE) focusing on retail customers in the Nordics.

Through the acquisition, Ahlsell will expand and broaden its current offering to retailers.

The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to be completed during Q2 2025.
