Andrew Laderman appointed Counsel to the Finance & Restructuring practice

Roschier strengthens its senior capabilities in banking and finance as Andrew Laderman takes on a new role as Counsel, Finance & Restructuring, as of 1 July.

The demand for sophisticated financial advisory and novel solutions continues to grow among our clients. To meet this need, Roschier continues to develop its full-service platform by appointing Andrew Laderman to Counsel, Finance & Restructuring. His appointment will strengthen the firm’s cross-border pool of senior experts in our team in Stockholm.

Andrew has significant experience in advising both lenders and borrowers across a wide spectrum of banking and finance-related work, including real estate finance, corporate lending, acquisition finance, leverage finance, securitizations, fund finance, asset finance, and restructuring. Andrew, an English solicitor with broad international experience in the banking and finance sector, has been with Roschier since 2019. Prior to joining Roschier, he worked for almost ten years at Norton Rose Fulbright in London, including a stint at BNP Paribas in Paris.
