Arto Linnervuo listed among the BTI Client Service All-Stars 2020

BTI Consulting Group, a leader in law firm client feedback in the US, has released their worldwide listing BTI Client Service All-Stars 2020, where corporate counsel have been asked about their experiences with advisors at leading law firms. Arto Linnervuo is the only Nordic lawyer to be named to the list, which is dominated by leading US attorneys.

In the BTI Client Service All-Stars 2020 survey clients identify 475 attorneys – of which only a handful are from Europe – who stand above the others in delivering the best in client service, despite all the recent changes and unexpected events. The only way to become a BTI Client Service All-Star is for corporate counsel to single you out by name, with no prompts or suggestions, for client service exceeding all others.

The only lawyer from a Nordic law firm on the BTI Client Service All-Stars 2020 list, Partner Arto Linnervuo is Head of Roschier’s Digitalization & TMT and Outsourcing practices. This is the first time he or any Roschier attorney is named to the list.
