CVC completes SEK 923 million sell-down of shares in Synsam through an accelerated book-building process

Roschier represented CVC in the SEK 923 million sell-down of shares in Synsam.

Theia Holdings S.à r.l., a company indirectly owned by CVC Capital Partners V, has sold 15 per cent of its shareholding in Synsam AB (publ) through an accelerated book-building process. A total of 22.5 million shares were placed at a price of SEK 41 per share, corresponding to an aggregate value of SEK 923 million. Roschier represented CVC in the transaction.

Synsam, listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, is a leading optician group in the Nordic region.
