Enersense sells wind and solar power project development business to Fortum in strategic deal

Roschier advises Enersense International Plc in its sale of Enersense’s wind and solar power project development business to Fortum.

The transaction includes a fixed cash and debt-free purchase price of EUR 9.25 million and an earn-out-based variable price up to EUR 74 million based on the progress of the wind and solar power projects and project-specific investment decisions. The fixed price will be paid in cash at closing, which is expected by the end of the first quarter of 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
