Expert talk with Swedish Trademark Judges

Together with MARQUES (the European Association of Trade Mark Owners), Roschier, AWA and Groth will arrange a seminar on the topic of “Meet the judges”.

The seminar aims to promote knowledge and understanding of recent trademark law and practice, and gives participants the opportunity to discuss trademark related topics with Swedish judges from first instance PMD and the appeal court PMÖD, particularly focusing on the Swedish new order of trademark law proceedings and how they relate to EU Law.
