Mari Mohsen co-author of employment law book

Senior Associate Mari Mohsen has co-authored a recently released book about Finnish employment law and the various legal aspects of medical leave.

The book “100 kysymystä sairauspoissaolojen juridiikasta” (Eng. “100 questions regarding the legal aspects of medical leave) is written by Mari Mohsen, a Senior Associate in Roschier’s Employment team, together with occupational health physician, M. D. Armi Saari and a colleague from another law firm, Senior Associate Sonja Heiskala.

Recently published by Alma Talent, the book is aimed at professionals dealing with challenging issues relating to medical leave, e.g. employers, HR, lawyers, occupational health service providers and doctors.

The book provides clear and practical answers to 100 questions topical at many workplaces and combines relevant aspects relating to medical leave and occupational health care procedures including employment legislation, data protection and medicine.
