Roschier has advised Niam Credit in connection with the establishment of a strategic joint venture partnership with Castlelake, L.P.

The partnership will focus on whole loan lending in Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark, with a target deployment of EUR 1 billion.

Having already completed its first transaction, the partnership provided a NOK 1.9 billion senior secured financing facility in Oslo, Norway.
