Roschier adds muscle to its Finance & Restructuring team in Stockholm
The team is rejoined by Niklas Eriksson who is appointed Partner; Counsel Carl Brodén is appointed Senior Advisor.
We are strengthening our Nordic offering in the area of finance and restructuring as a response to our clients’ growing demand for innovative solutions and more specialized advice. The appointments of Niklas Eriksson to Partner and Carl Brodén to Senior Advisor will ensure continuity and strengthen the capabilities of our market-leading Finance & Restructuring practice in serving the entire finance industry in high-end transactions.
Niklas Eriksson has some 10 years of experience in working in the legal industry, including five years as a Senior Associate in our Finance & Restructuring team in Stockholm. He has broad experience in a wide range of finance-related matters, with a particular focus on high yield bonds and leveraged finance. His expertise also covers securitizations, fund financings, as well as various investment grade financings and project financings, both borrower and lender side.
Carl Brodén has been with Roschier since 2015. He has some 20 years of experience in advising on various complex finance-related matters, with a particular focus on restructuring and insolvency as well as structured finance. Prior to joining Roschier, Carl held the position as Head of Trustee Services at CorpNordic.

Roschier’s Finance & Restructuring team in Stockholm is growing strongly at the moment. The team will welcome four new Associates in the coming months, and aims to grow further during the spring.
