Roschier adds strength to its M&A, technology and projects capabilities: appoints a Partner and a Principal Associate
Roschier has appointed Markus Olsson as a Partner and Miikka Konttinen as a Principal Associate. The appointments are effective as of 1 June 2018.
Roschier continues to strengthen its core practices by appointing M&A, private equity and projects & energy practitioner Markus Olsson as a Partner, and technology and projects practitioner Miikka Konttinen as a Principal Associate. Both Markus and Miikka are promoted from Roschier’s own pool of senior talent.
Partner-elect Markus Olsson, a Stockholm-based practitioner, focuses on a broad range of private M&A and private equity transactions, including real estate, VC investments and large development projects. He has also extensive experience of advising on matters relating to the infrastructure and energy sector as well as from negotiating commercial contracts.
Principal Associate-elect Miikka Konttinen is a Helsinki-based practitioner with extensive experience of advising on various technology-related matters such as digital transformation and business process development, outsourcing, IoT and data exploitation. In addition, he specializes in large-scale industrial projects.
