Roschier advised Bonnier Fastigheter in the acquisition of 50% of Trecore Fastigheter

Bonnier Fastigheter Invest AB has acquired 50% of the shares in Trecore Fastigheter AB from ICA Fastigheter Holding AB. The newly formed and jointly owned property company Trecore Fastigheter currently has a portfolio of 44 ICA store properties with an agreed property value of approximately SEK 5 billion. Roschier advised Bonnier Fastigheter in the transaction.

The aim of Trecore Fastigheter is to acquire, own and develop store properties at strategic locations, with ICA grocery stores as main tenants. Bonnier Fastigheter and ICA Fastigheter Holding each own 50% of Trecore Fastigheter.
