Roschier advised Cibus Nordic Real Estate in connection with the acquisition of Forum Estates and with the acquisition of 31 grocery stores in Denmark from ATP Ejendomme

Roschier has advised Cibus Nordic Real Estate in the acquisition of Forum Estates Holding BV, a Benelux-based owner and manager of grocery and daily goods properties, including its portfolio of 149 properties with an underlying property value of approximately EUR 508 million. The consideration in the transaction was paid with newly issued shares in Cibus. Through the transaction, Cibus will take its first step into continental Europe, which is a strategic step for Cibus in creating a pan-European platform for grocery and daily goods properties.
Separately, Roschier has advised Cibus in connection with entering into an agreement to acquire a property portfolio consisting of 31 grocery stores in Denmark from ATP Ejendomme A/S for a purchase price and an underlying property value of DKK 879 million, corresponding to approximately EUR 118 million.
