Roschier advised CVC in its USD 1.45 billion sale of AR Packaging Group to Graphic Packaging

A fund advised by CVC Capital Partners has sold AR Packaging Group AB (publ) to Graphic Packaging International Europe Holdings B.V for a transaction value of USD 1.45 billion. Roschier represented the seller in the divestment.
