Roschier advised GREYKITE in its debut Swedish portfolio acquisition and establishment of a joint venture ownership structure with Broadgate

Roschier advised GREYKITE on the debut acquisition of Lagerhome, a newly formed European multi-let industrial (MLI) platform. The transaction comprises a 94,400 sqm. portfolio of 27 properties located across Sweden’s two largest cities, Stockholm and Gothenburg.

The portfolio, acquired from Regio, a commercial real estate company backed by the Third Swedish National Pension Fund (AP3), is 90% occupied and comprises over 120 tenants. It is positioned in established, high-demand sub-markets and offers significant value-add opportunities through active leasing and property-level initiatives.

Asset management of Lagerhome’s Swedish portfolio will be carried out in partnership with Nordic real estate operator Broadgate Asset Management. We acted as legal advisor to GREYKITE.
