Roschier advised KKR in its investment in a Stockholm housing development project

Roschier advised global investment firm KKR in its forward-purchase of three multifamily properties currently under development in Haninge, located just south of the Stockholm city center.

KKR is investing in a housing development that comprises three properties totaling 382 residential units, expected to be completed between late 2026 and early 2027. The project is designed to meet high environmental standards and will deliver affordable modern urban living space with premium amenities and features.

KKR is a leading global investment firm that offers alternative asset management as well as capital markets and insurance solutions. KKR sponsors investment funds that invest in private equity, credit and real assets and has strategic partners that manage hedge funds.
