Roschier advised Nordic Infrastructure AG in the acquisition of shares in Solör Bioenergy Group
AB Polhem Infra and Nordic Infrastructure AG have acquired all Solör Bioenergy Group shares held by minority shareholder YRC Worldwide. Roschier acted as Swedish counsel to Nordic Infrastructure in the transaction.
90% of the Solör shares owned by YRC Worldwide Inc. were acquired by AB Polhem Infra and 10% were acquired by Nordic Infrastructure AG.
Swedish Solör Bioenergy Group comprises bioenergy companies which are providing essential energy services in Sweden and Norway. AB Polhem Infra, wholly owned by the Swedish State Pension Funds AP1, AP3 and AP4, is a company that invests in and manages infrastructure assets.
