Roschier advised NREP in the acquisition of an office property in Espoo
Real estate investor and developer NREP has acquired a head quarter level office property centrally located in Espoo, Finland from Metsä Group's parent company Metsäliitto Osuuskunta and Mela. Roschier advised the buyer in the transaction, worth approximately EUR 90 million.
The property, located in the Tapiola area in Espoo, comprises some 20,000 square meters lettable area and is almost fully let. Metsä Group and Mela – The Farmers’ Social Insurance Institution of Finland – continue to lease their offices long-term. Among the other tenants are Gasum, Roche and OP Bank.
NREP is a leading real estate innovator, developer, investor, and operator, with offices in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland and the United Kingdom. To date, this is the company’s largest single property investment in Finland.
