The owners of Miss Mary, the Swedish niche underwear specialist, led by the principal owner Scope Growth III L.P., have agreed to divest Miss Mary to enterstore, a company backed by Hartenberg Holding. Roschier acted as legal counsel to Scope on the transaction.
Scope partnered with Miss Mary in 2019 to accelerate Miss Mary’s transformation from a supplier of technical women’s underwear to mail-order and catalog vendors, into a fast-growing, direct-to-consumer niche underwear specialist. Today, the vast majority of Miss Mary’s products are sold online, with Germany, Sweden, and the Netherlands as its largest markets.
Scope, with presence in Sweden and Switzerland, invests in strong consumer brands, actively partnering with entrepreneurs and managements to help capture the inherent potential in further strengthening differentiated consumer relationships with bespoke digitalization initiatives and organizational build outs.
Roschier’s core advisory team comprised Markus Olsson, Emelie Zellmer, Ellen M Pettersson, Filippa Michelsson, and Aylin Bahmanyar Strand.
