Roschier advised Solör in the acquisition of Veolia Nordic’s district heating and water business in Sweden and Norway

Solör Bioenergi Holding AB, one of the leading companies within district heating in the Nordic region, has acquired Veolia Nordic AB's district heating and water business in Sweden and Norway. Roschier represented Solör in the transaction.

Veolia is a global environmental company and its main business focus is solutions within recycling, industrial services, water and energy. Veolia Nordic AB is the parent company for Veolia’s operations in the Nordic region, which has an annual turnover of SEK 3.6 billion.

Solör Bioenergi Holding AB’s acquisition comprises energy production as well as operation and maintenance at several locations in Sweden and Norway.
