Roschier advises Castellum on its mandatory public offer for Entra

Castellum Aktiebolag has announced a mandatory public offer to the shareholders of Entra ASA.

The mandatory offer values Entra at approximately NOK 20.1 billion, including Castellum’s just above 33.3 percent stake. Roschier advises Castellum on the transaction.

Entra is a leading owner, manager and developer of office properties in Norway. Entra owns and manages around 80 properties totalling approximately 1.3 million square meters, located in Oslo and the surrounding region, Bergen and Stavanger.  Castellum is one of the largest listed property companies in the Nordic region that develops flexible workplaces and smart logistics solutions with a property value of approximately SEK 155 billion.

Castellum is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, Large Cap and Entra is listed on Oslo Børs Euronext.
