Roschier advises Kojamo on its IPO

Roschier has advised Kojamo Plc on its initial public offering and listing of shares on Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd. The IPO size was EUR 556 million, corresponding to a market capitalization of approximately EUR 2,101 million for Kojamo immediately following the offering. This was the year’s largest IPO in Finland to date both in terms of capital raised and market capitalization. Trading in the shares commenced today on the pre-list of Nasdaq Helsinki and trading on the official list is expected to commence on or about 19 June 2018. The IPO drew significant interest from Finnish and international investors.

Kojamo is the largest private residential real estate company in Finland measured by fair value of investment properties. It offers rental apartments and housing services for tenants primarily in the Finnish Growth Centers.
