Roschier advises Nordika in the acquisition of a commercial property in Kista

Swedish real estate company Nordika has agreed to acquire the commercial property Reykjanes 1 in Kista, Stockholm from M2 Asset Management. Roschier represents Nordika in the acquisition.

Engelska Skolan (the English School) is one of the biggest tenants in the Reykjanes 1 building.

Nordika will take ownership of the property on 1 September 2023.
