Roschier advises the af Jochnick family in its cash tender offer for Oriflame

On 22 May 2019, Walnut Bidco Plc, a newly established company indirectly wholly owned by members of the af Jochnick family, announced a public offer to the shareholders of Oriflame Holding AG, listed on Nasdaq Stockholm Large Cap, to tender the shares in Oriflame to Walnut Bidco Plc.

The offer values Oriflame to approximately SEK 12.8 billion.

Roschier’s advisory team mainly comprised  Ola Sandersson, Malin Leffler, Jens Bengtsson, Pontus Enquist, Kristian Hugmark, Erik Persson, Leo Lee, David Antonovic, Kristin Heilborn, Richard Engblom, Oliver Bengtsar Sellner, Thomas Borgenfalk and Lovisa Sjökvist.
