Roschier Insights Seminar: Public tendering

We are arranging a hybrid event where our EU & Competition experts will discuss topical insights on public procurement with focus on the bidding process.

In the event, Juhani Matinlassi, Ami Paanajärvi and other experts of our EU & Competition team will review various issues of the bidding process and evaluate lessons learned from recent public procurement case law. We will also provide a practical checklist with do’s and don’ts and drill down to topical issues related to the cooperation between bidders, suitability, and the assessment of the legality of tenders and bids.

This is a hybrid event, and you can choose to attend in person or by livestream. We are monitoring the COVID-related regulations and will let you know whether there are any changes as regards the arrangements. The event will be in Finnish and for clients, by invitation only.
