Roschier Insights Seminar: Topical insights on public procurement

During the past year, a number of decisions in the area of public procurement have been issued by competition authorities and courts. Simultaneously, there are various exceptionally large and (in terms of benefit to the public) substantial, publicly-funded investment projects in progress in Finland. In order to carry out and participate in these demanding projects, knowledge is required of interfaces of different areas of law.

Join our breakfast seminar for clients in October to hear more about these issues.

After breakfast and networking, we will start the seminar with an overview of the current case law in the areas of public procurement and competition neutrality, after which we will further review case law in order to give the audience practical advice for the future. Our specialists will address relevant interfaces of procurement law and competition law, mergers and contractual disputes, and clarify the importance of these interfaces in competitive tenders and contracts. There will be time reserved for questions and discussion.
