Roschier lead counsel in cross-border logistics portfolio divestment

Roschier acted as lead counsel to funds managed by Blackstone in the divestment of a 92,000 sqm prime logistics portfolio across Sweden and Denmark to entities ultimately owned by the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board.

The portfolio includes three fully leased assets in Stockholm and Gothenburg, and two in Copenhagen. The transaction marks Ontario Teachers’ second logistics acquisition in the Nordics and its entry into the Danish market.

Roschier lead the successful cross-border deal execution, which was carried out in close cooperation with Blackstone’s Danish counsel Gorrissen Federspiel.
