Roschier promotes three Partners and one Principal Associate

A total of four lawyers from our Helsinki and Stockholm offices were promoted to Partner and Principal Associate positions as of 1 June 2025.

New Partners as of 1 June 2025:
Paula Airas has significant experience advising clients on sanctions and trade compliance related questions, as well as contentious corporate and insolvency matters, and white-collar crime. She also has extensive experience in commercial dispute resolution, including arbitration, civil and administrative litigation, and alternative dispute resolution. She is based in the Helsinki office.
Andreas Bussman has broad expertise in tax law. He focuses on high-end tax planning and structuring in complex domestic and cross-border M&A and private equity transactions. His experience includes corporate reorganizations for both public and private clients, financing arrangements and management incentive programs. In addition to tax law, he has significant knowledge and practical experience in general corporate law, financing, and M&A. Andreas is based in the Helsinki office.
Emma Johansson’s practice covers competition law, foreign direct investments and protective security, corporate investigations, compliance, and general EU law matters. She has extensive international and domestic experience in areas such as merger control, cartel investigations, and other antitrust matters. Her expertise spans multiple sectors, including private equity, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, industrials, and retail. Emma is based in the Stockholm office.
New Principal Associate as of 1 June 2025:
Sanna-Mari Seppälä specializes in energy, infrastructure, natural resources, and industrial projects, with a particular focus on complex and pioneering initiatives, especially in energy. She has in-depth experience advising clients on environmental and energy law, as well as permitting of development projects and compliance in construction and operations. Sanna is based in the Helsinki office.
