Roschier promotes two new partners from its own ranks

The annual promotions review sees two of the firm's rising stars advance to the partnership. Both are located in Sweden.

The newly appointed partners, Stockholm-based Erik Persson and Fredrik Mandelholm, strengthen our service offering. The appointments are effective 1 June.

“The appointments signal our trust in the continued strong demand for public M&A, equity capital markets and complex corporate advisory, as well as our ability to expand across different sectors within the Nordic private funds market,” comments Pontus Enquist, Head of the Stockholm office. “Both Erik and Fredrik are skilled practitioners with a strong client focus and good market understanding, and I am happy that the firm offers them a new platform to develop and build their practice within Public M&A, Equity Capital Markets and Private Funds, while contributing to the exceptional legal services for which we are recognized.”

Erik Persson focuses on large-scale equity capital markets and Public M&A transactions, as well as complex corporate advisory. He is regularly involved in Swedish and international transactions, acting for public and private entities in a variety of industries.

Fredrik Mandelholm specializes in fund formation and investment structuring. He advises managers and investors on fund formation and structuring of separate investment mandates, joint ventures, co-investment vehicles and complex incentive schemes.

“For Roschier, taking on new partners is a recognition of the continued development and growth of the firm. For Erik and Fredrik, becoming a partner means taking on full responsibility for the future of the firm, our clients, and our people. The ability to carry that responsibility is a result of focus and commitment to team development and client engagement,” says Managing Partner Mikko Manner. “Congratulations and thank you to Erik and Fredrik – it is inspiring to be a partner of Roschier together with such outstanding individuals.”
