Roschier represented Axpo Group in the acquisition of a four-turbine wind farm

Axpo Group has acquired a 25MW wind farm located in western Finland, with construction start planned for spring 2024. Roschier advised Axpo in the transaction.

Axpo Group, Switzerland’s largest producer of renewable energy, has acquired the rights to construct the Lålax wind farm in western Finland. Located in the municipality of Vörå, in the Ostrobothnia region, the facility’s four wind turbines will have a total capacity of 25MW. When operational, the wind farm will produce around 70,000,000 kilowatt hours of renewable electricity a year, which corresponds to the electricity needs of around 17,500 four-person households.

Roschier’s core advisory team comprised Toni Siimes, Elisa Panula, Liisa Alahuhta and Iiro Laitinen.
