Roschier represented Bain Capital in the acquisition of a controlling stake in the Eleda Group
Roschier represented Bain Capital, a global investment firm, in the acquisition of the Eleda Group, provider of core infrastructure construction works in the Nordics from Altor, a leading European private equity investor, and minority sellers. Roschier represented Bain Capital alongside Kirkland & Ellis LLP.
Eleda, established as a group in 2020 through Altor’s acquisition of three infrastructure services platforms, is an infrastructure developer and service provider from Sweden. Many of Eleda’s industry-leading segments address the need of a green transition, including water and sewerage, power distribution, district heating, roads, data centres, railways and electric car chargers.
Bain Capital, founded in 1984, is a provider of strategic resources that help build prospering companies. Bain Capital creates value for its portfolio companies through its global platform and in key vertical industries such as healthcare, retail, financial and business services, technology, media and telecommunications.
