Roschier represented Blackstone in its divestment of the majority stake in Hembla AB to Vonovia SE
Blackstone Real Estate Partners Europe IV and its affiliates have announced the sale of their shareholding in Hembla AB, valued at SEK 12.2 billion, to Vonovia SE.
In the transaction, which was announced on 23 September, Blackstone sold their 61 % shareholding in Swedish listed real estate company Hembla AB to German residential property company Vonovia SE. The purchase price is SEK 12.2 billion.
Hembla AB is a property company focusing on owning and developing rental properties in the Stockholm region. The shares purchased by Vonovia SE control 69 % of the voting rights in Hembla AB.
The transaction is subject to competition authority approval.
