Roschier represented Blackstone in the acquisition of a property portfolio from Corem

An entity owned by funds advised by Blackstone has agreed to acquire a property portfolio from Corem Property Group. Roschier advised Blackstone in the transaction.

The portfolio comprises 24 properties situated in four Swedish cities: Stockholm, Jönköping, Malmö, and Norrköping. The premises are used for warehouse and logistics and the underlying value is SEK 1.16 billion.

Closing is expected to take place on 29 November 2023.
