Roschier represented Bonnier Ventures in their investment in diagnostics company Elypta

Bonnier Ventures, a corporate venture investor within the Bonnier group that focuses on digital and technology companies in the Nordics, has acquired a minority stake in Elypta AB. Roschier advised Bonnier Ventures in the acquisition.

Swedish diagnostics company Elypta develops cutting-edge technology that uses liquid biopsies to detect early-stage cancer.

The financing round was led by Bonnier Ventures, in which existing shareholders Navigare Ventures, Industrifonden, Hillclimber, Norrsken VC, Nina Capital and Chalmer Ventures, among others, also participated.

Roschier’s advisory team comprised Björn Winström, Mattias Jönsson, John Ersson, Vicky Kaufmann, Björn Johansson Heigis, John Park, Jenny Welander Wadström and Peder Boström.
