Roschier represented Braathens Regional Airlines in connection with AMF’s SEK 200 million investment
The Swedish pension company AMF is investing in the airline Braathens Regional Airlines (BRA). The equity investment is made in connection with the growth journey that the airline has begun after the pandemic. BRA has launched an ambition of reaching net-zero by 2030, combined with sound profitability. Roschier has advised BRA in connection with the investment.
With SEK 800 billion in assets for approximately 4 million customers, AMF is one of Sweden’s leading pension companies and one of the largest owners on Nasdaq Stockholm. AMF is owned equally by the Swedish Trade Union Confederation (LO) and the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise and operated on mutual principles, entailing that all profits are returned to the customers. AMF has an ambition to invest more in unlisted companies and alternative assets, and has recently made several investments in unlisted companies with a clear focus on sustainability.
Roschier’s advisory team comprises Pontus Enquist, Erik Ellenius and Pontus Berganäs.
