Roschier represented Brocc in the acquisition of Chassi Group

The purchase price was paid by issuing shares in Brocc to the sellers of Chassi Group. With the acquisition, the business of Chassi Group will integrate the financial solutions offered by Brocc to offer alternative financial services to its customers.

Chassi Group specializes in providing financial services to the automotive industry, offering factoring and consumer financing solutions through its subsidiaries Amcap and Handlarfinans.

Brocc operates in the financial services sector, providing peer-to-peer lending, as well as deposit, lending and insurance services to individuals in Sweden and Finland.
