Roschier represented CapMan Real Estate in the acquisition of two newly built residential assets

CapMan’s pan-Nordic core residential fund has acquired two high-quality residential assets located in the Helsinki metropolitan area, Finland. Roschier advised CapMan in the acquisition.

The two buildings with 82 apartments in total were completed in 2023 and are located in the districts of Olari and Soukka, in Espoo, Finland. Both assets have good micro-locations and attracting qualities, such as good ESG credentials and connections to public transport and about 20 minutes from Helsinki city centre. The Olari property is also just a short walk from one of the dominant shopping and service centres in the Helsinki region, Iso Omena. The transaction was completed at the end of 2023.

CapMan Real Estate has approximately €4.2 billion of real assets under management, with offices in Helsinki, Jyväskylä, Stockholm, Copenhagen, Oslo and London.
