Roschier represented CORPUS SIREO Real Estate in the acquisition of a property in the city center of Helsinki. The property is located at Kaisaniemenkatu 13 and has a leasable area of 4,842 sqm. The main tenant of the property is the Nordic Investment Bank (NIB). The property was acquired for a real estate fund launched by Swiss Life Asset Managers. The purchase price amounted to approximately EUR 28 million.
