Roschier represented Epiroc in multinational transaction involving geotechnical drilling consumables
Epiroc has sold its operations within geotechnical drilling consumables, including casing advancement systems, core drilling and large down-the-hole hammers to Mimir Invest AB. The operations were part of Epiroc's Rock Drilling Tools division.
The transaction is a carve-out from the Epiroc group and involved multiple jurisdictions (including Sweden and Finland as well as Canada, France, Germany, USA and the UK) and complex operational carve-out issues.
Epiroc is a global productivity partner for the mining and infrastructure industries. Mimir Invest AB is a global investment firm based in Stockholm, Sweden.
