Roschier represented funds advised by Castik Capital S.à r.l. in the acquisition of a majority stake in AddSecure

In a multi-jurisdictional deal, funds advised by Castik Capital S.à r.l. acquired a majority of the shares in AddSecure Investment I AB.

Acting as local counsel as regards Swedish and Finnish law advice, Roschier represented funds advised by Castik Capital S.à r.l., in the acquisition of a majority of the holding company that holds the shares in the AddSecure group from funds managed by ABRY Partners as well as certain management sellers. The deal closed on 26 September.

The company serves over 50 000 customers and partners around Europe with secure communications and solutions that help customers safeguard their life- and business-critical applications. AddSecure offers solutions within Smart Alarms, Smart Rescue, Smart Grids and Smart Transport.

Castik Capital S.à r.l manages investments in private equity. Castik is a European multi-strategy investment manager, acquiring significant ownership positions in European private and public companies, where long-term value can be generated through active partnerships with management teams.
