Roschier represented Investcorp-backed ABAX in its acquisition of Automile

Telematics and IoT solutions provider ABAX, backed by Investcorp, has acquired SaaS telematics company Automile. Roschier advised the buyer in the transaction.

Among the sellers are Automile co-founder Jens Nylander, Insight Venture Partners, SaaStr, Dawn Capital, and Point Nine Capital.

Norwegian-based ABAX, one of the leading companies in Europe within the telematics and IoT industries, has 300 employees and offices in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Poland. Automile is headquartered in Stockholm, with additional offices in Norway and the US.

Roschier’s core advisory team comprised Markus Olsson, Mattias Jönsson, Lovisa Eliasson, Johan Gerhardsson, William Silfversten, Frida Lantoft and Gustav Bonta.
