Roschier represented JonDeTech Sensors in their private placement of new shares

JonDeTech Sensors has completed a directed share issue, raising proceeds of approximately SEK 32.4 million. Vator Securities AB acted as the Sole Bookrunner and Roschier acted as legal advisor to JonDeTech in connection with the private placement.

The private placement of new shares has been performed through an accelerated bookbuilding procedure and the directed share issue was subscribed for by several Swedish and international investors.

JonDeTech Sensors AB (publ) is a Swedish company that develops and markets patented IR sensors, which are down to one-tenth as thick as conventional sensors, The IR sensors are built in plastic and can be manufactured in high volumes at a low cost, which opens for use in a variety of applications in, among other things, consumer electronics and mobile phones.

The company was founded in 2008 and is listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market.
