Roschier represented Mileway in the acquisition of eight light industrial and warehouse properties in Sweden

Mileway has further strengthened its portfolio of more than 1,700 assets through the acquisition of eight light industrial and warehouse properties in Sweden from Alma Property Partners, through its entity Rexbo Industrihus. Roschier represented Mileway in the acquisition.

The acquired properties are located in key logistics and industrial areas surrounding Stockholm and comprise approx. 27,000 sqm. of lettable area.

Mileway is the largest owner and operator of last mile logistics real properties in Europe.
