Roschier represented Nordea and Swedbank in connection with Randviken Fastigheter’s private placement of new shares

Randviken Fastigheter AB (publ) has completed a directed share issue, raising proceeds of approximately SEK 800 million. Nordea Bank Abp, filial i Sverige and Swedbank AB (publ) acted as Joint Global Coordinators and Joint Bookrunners in connection with the transaction. Roschier acted as legal advisor to Nordea and Swedbank.

The private placement of new shares has been performed through an accelerated book-building procedure and the directed share issue was subscribed for by several institutional, and other qualified, investors.

Randviken Fastigheter AB (publ) is a real estate company with a business concept to acquire, manage and refine properties in different segments and geographical locations. The company is listed on NGM Nordic SME.
