Roschier represented NREP in the sale of the Dixi shopping center

NREP has sold the Dixi shopping center to Special Investment Fund eQ Finnish Real Estate (AIF) for approximately EUR 66 million. Roschier advised NREP in the sale.

Dixi, having a total lettable area of 9,000 square meters, is a modern retail convenience center located at one of the most significant transport hubs in Finland, Tikkurila station. The property has been granted the LEED Platinum certificate.
