Roschier represented Ontario Teachers’ in KRY’s USD 300 million capital raise

KRY, Europe’s leading digital healthcare provider, has raised USD 300 million in a Series D funding round. Roschier represented investor Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan.

The proceeds will be used by KRY to scale its platform, building on both its operations as a healthcare provider and its innovative software offerings, as well as further geographic expansion and will bring the benefits of KRY’s technology to millions more patients across Europe.

Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan participated in the funding round through its Teachers’ Innovation Platform (TIP) amongside lead investors CPP Investments (CPPIB) and Fidelity Management & Research LLC and other existing investors, including Index Ventures, Accel, Creandum and Project A.
