Roschier represented Patrizia in the divestment of two properties in Uppsala

German property investment company Patrizia has sold two retail properties in Uppsala, Sweden, to Arwidsro. Roschier advised Patrizia in the transaction.

The properties Uppsala Berthåga 11:20 and Uppsala Berthåga 11:36 were built in 2010 and 2011, in accordance with the requirements for GreenBuilding and the Breeam sustainability assessment method. The largest tenants are Willys, Dollarstore, Rusta and Systembolaget.
