Roschier represented Ramudden in the acquisition of Halleskog & Hansson

Ramudden and Work Zone Safety Group have signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in Halleskog & Hansson AB. Roschier represented Ramudden in the acquisition.

Owned by investment firm Triton, Ramudden is a consultant and provider of work place safety in busy surroundings. Halleskog & Hansson AB is one of the regional leaders in the Stockholm area within temporary traffic management and traffic control plans.

Roschier’s main advisory team comprised Björn Winström, Ahmed Al-Rahma and Mathilda Hoffman.
